    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Only items purchased at a regular price can be returned for an exchange or a store credit.


    If you wish to exchange item(s) purchased (regular price only), you must contact us via email ( within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. We will authorize your exchange. Your selection of new item(s) will be dependent on current stock availability. 

    To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging with all the original tags attached. For swimwear, sanitary stickers must not be removed.

    Your item(s) must be accompanied by the copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.  Return your purchased item(s) within 21 days of receipt. Exchanges after this date may not be eligible. Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and send you a notification email and process your exchange within 3-4 business days.

    Sale items:

    All discounted items or items purchased on sale or during a promotion are considered a final sale and cannot be exchanged. 


    You will be responsible for shipping costs of returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
